Table LU-2. Buildout Table
Table LU-2 reflects the reasonable long-term buildout potential for housing units, nonresidential building square footage, and jobs that could be generated by the overarching growth strategy and the Land Use Plan (Figure LU-1).
While these estimates provide a tool to monitor growth in the City, the figures shown in Table LU-2 represent an informed but estimated projection of a future condition. The actual development in each planning area will likely vary in terms of location and mix of uses.
The Land Use Buildout Methodology, June 2020 (provided under separate cover), details the assumptions and methodology used to generate the estimates in Table LU-2.
