ABOUT THE MAP. This map shows the boundaries of the three watersheds in the city. When a drop of water falls inside one of these watersheds, it flows toward larger bodies of water (see legend). The water travels either by soaking into the ground or by running directly into the water body. Healthy watersheds help project water quality for both people and nature.
